Over the past few months, I built a Chrome extension for Zendesk that has become part of my daily workflow. It started as a small side project because I wanted an easier way to use AI while answering support tickets without constantly copying and pasting text between Zendesk and ChatGPT. It was a fun project to build, and today our support team uses it every day.
